Mark Your Calendar: Behavioral Health Fiscal Academy Webinar Series
At the end of this month, CalMHSA will launch its first ever training series focused on behavioral health financing for counties. The Behavioral Health Fiscal Academy starts Oct. 30 and features nine two-hour webinars covering everything from the core principles of behavioral health funding streams to BHSA budget modeling, forecasting Medi-Cal revenue, and more.
The series is funded by DHCS and intended to provide foundational concepts for new and intermediate county fiscal team members with relevant, practical information they can put into practice immediately toward their ongoing and pressing fiscal challenges.
