With sponsorship from the Department of Health Care Services and in collaboration with human-centered design firm IDEO, CalMHSA has created guidebooks (see below) and related trainings for the county behavioral health community stakeholder planning process. The new process is part of the statewide focus on behavioral health transformation, so these tools have been designed with feedback and insights from behavioral health directors, community-based organizations and community members.
