CalMHSA Loan Repayment Program

Through this innovative workforce retention opportunity, counties can offer their staff loan repayments. It includes $50,000 per recipient for individuals identified by counties and for positions that are hard to fill or retain, in exchange for a three-year service commitment.

This program is distinct and separate from CalMHSA’s other offerings under the Workforce Education and Training (WET) program.
