Workforce Program Delivers 13,000 Hours of Remote Clinical Supervision
Counties participating CalMHSA’s remote clinical supervision program have received and more than 300,000 hours of supervision support, collectively. Our partnership with Motivo, has served approximately 168 professionals across nine counties, with more than 13,000 supervision hours provided. This new brief includes county case studies that detail the program’s solution-oriented approach.
“With Motivo’s virtual supervision in place, we tripled our internship placements – a 200% increase from five to 15 – so trainees and pre-licensed professionals can deliver direct services while receiving high-quality clinical supervision,” said April Giambra, Deputy Director for Lake County Behavioral health. “Since FY 2023-24, we have increased total billable services provided by 66%.”
