Please note: Beginning June 27, the current series of CalAIM documentation online trainings will no longer be available. Updated documentation trainings will be released in early July, reflecting the latest standards and guidance. If you are currently enrolled in any of the existing courses, please complete them before June 27.

Dashboard Navigation:
Module progress can be viewed by counties and CBOs on the default first page. To toggle the view, change the dropdown in “View as County or CBO (select one)” in the top left of the dashboard. To view user enrollment over time click on the right arrow at the base of the dashboard to scroll to the next dashboard page.

Data Download:
Select the “Download Data” button below the dashboard to view employee-level completion of CalAIM modules. The file may take a couple minutes to download.  After opening the CSV, counties and CBOs can filter by county name, CBO name, employee type, and/or employee name.
