Quality Assurance
- Policy Development: Review, synthesize, and provide training for select Behavioral Health Information Notices
- DHCS Compliance Audits: Including pre-audit preparation, audit coordination and audit response.
- Chart Review Tools and Coaching: Development of and training on chart review tools, coaching and support, and executive synthesis.
Quality Improvement:
- EQRO Audit Preparation: Pre-audit preparation, audit coordination and audit response.
- Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs): Provide monthly PIP coaching meetings, writing and data support, and assistance with re-submission activities as needed.
